North-Bound 2.1: SAGADA – Bomod-ok, Sinakop!

As mentioned in my previous post, our trip’s main destination was really SAGADA, with Banaue and Baguio on the side hehe!

SAGADA TRIP PART 1: BOMOD-OK, SINAKOP!
First half of our second day was Trekking (what??? again?! hehe!) along the Fidelisan Rice Terraces going down to Bomod-Ok Waterfalls (a.k.a. The Big Falls). The usual process, register first and choose whether to rent a walking stick or not. This time, I can already feel the strain in my left knee; it didn’t heal overnight! From a group of 10, only 8 of us decided to go with the trek; the two decided to stay at George’s because they were too exhausted already hehe!

North-Bound 1: BANAUE – Batad, Wala Kang Katulad!
BANAUE: BATAD, WALA KANG KATULAD!
Our original itinerary included only sightseeing of the Banaue Rice Terraces hehehe, but upon arrival at the bus station, we were presented by the locals with their Day Tour Packages. We decided to go for the Batad Trekking down to Tappiya Waterfalls which, accordingly, was the most availed of tour package of Banaue visitors.

Pagsanjan Falls Experience

I’ve been missing a lot of long weekends already because my job calls for a 24/7 duty, especially on busy seasons, where most of those long weekends fall. When we (me and my office tropa) finally got the chance to enjoy the May 1 long weekend, we decided to go to Pagsanjan Falls, in Laguna.

Mabuti pa ang biglaang lakad, natutuloy!” We didn’t prepare much, all we wanted was an activity during the long weekend, so off we went to Laguna!
