I first heard about Holi Festival of Colors from my blog-hopping sesh a few years back and thought of including this in my bucketlist—go visit India, where this festival is originally from, and participate in the festival! But then, India’s a bit far from where I am currently in, which is in the UK, so I opted for a similar fest just around London—same event, just in a closer and more convenient location!

Tickets booked way ahead of schedule. Invited friends to join the fun. Prayed for a good weather in London. And the weather forecast did say that it would be a sunny-cloudy Sunday; but then the English weather has always been unpredictable. There was sunshine. And then clouds were hovering above us. And then, rain! We were soaking wet with all the colors on our faces and shirts! It was really a total mess, but a good one though! We all enjoyed it, obviously (see photos below).
